1) This got me to chuckle during lunch hour today: Jack Cafferty wrote a great commentary called Beverly “Hillary-Billies” Come to Denver on CNN Politics. This man comments after my own heart on this subject. I hope more people spotlight how idiotic these “Hillary-Billies” are being. They either don’t realize that McCain would love to get rid of their rights as women, or they’re racist, or they’re just plain stupid. So, kudos to Cafferty for telling it like it is on the Hillary front.
2) Mike brought me a fork so I could actually eat my lunch, then he shared a cup of tea with me while we talked about college. It is so nice having my soon-to-be hubby in the workplace because it can take the stress off the day just to have him stop by for a quick visit or just having him understand the environment I work in.
3) It’s been great getting back into blogging regularly and hearing from blogger friends. Your comments bring me and the tabbies a lot of joy.
Every Tuesday, or on the Tuesdays that allow, I list three things from the week or day that have made me smile. It’s surprising how uplifting it is when you take a few moments out of your day to find the good things in life. This was inspired by the blog Three Beautiful Things.
Sadly, Jack Cafferty, (along with Keith Olberman) is one of the few remaining real journalists in broadcast media. The rest of them are merely haircuts and makeup.
