Asian cuisine may very well be my favorite simply because it is the quickest and most forgiving of food when your short on time or ingredients. It’s also great for making one person meals when you’re accustom to making more.
Ingredients:
Fistful of pasta
Cup of frozen broccoli (or any frozen veggie)
Soy sauce
Optional ingredients:
Sea salt (or plain salt)
Chinese rooster sauce
Sesame seeds
Chow mien noodles
Cooking:
It takes 6 minutes to boil angel hair pasta and 5 minutes to steam broccoli in the microwave. Mix all together and you have a yummy, quick dish.
